Refund policy
Last updated:
dfacto.ai connects you to multiple products. Refunds may be handled by the payment processor (for example Paddle), the app platform, or our product teams—follow the steps below and any product-specific checkout terms you agreed to.
General
Where a purchase is eligible for a refund under applicable law or the seller’s policy, we or our payment partners will process it in line with the rules stated at checkout and this policy.
Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals; past charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly offered at purchase (for example a money-back window).
How to request
To request a refund:
- Use the receipt or billing portal from your payment provider (Paddle, Stripe, RevenueCat, or App Store / Play Store) where applicable
- Or contact support through the product you purchased from, including your order ID and email used at checkout
Processing time
Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on banks and processors—we do not control issuer posting times.
Non-refundable items
Some items may be labeled non-refundable at sale (for example, certain promotional bundles or consumed digital credits). Those terms prevail when disclosed at purchase.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or your payment provider before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues quickly.
